Stocking Policy
99% of the products available for purchase on our website are in stock at our warehouse. In the off chance our inventory is not correct and we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you as soon as possible with lead times or alternative options.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization. You may either ship it on your own, or contact us for a discounted return label. Inboard propellers, special orders, and modified items may not be returned. Any hub kits or hardware that have been on a prop or shaft are not returnable.
As long as products are in new condition, you will not be charged a re stock fee unless otherwise discussed/ noted. Customer damaged products may not be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of our receiving your package. It may take us 2-3 days to process the return and another 3-5 days for your bank to credit your account.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Most items will be shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 2pm Pacific Time. If we are unable to ship your item the same day, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible with an update. If the item you order is not available we will inform you of other options or lead time to fulfill your order.
Time in transit is estimated and is NOT guaranteed. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays do not count as days in transit. For example, if you order something Next Day Air on Friday, it should arrive on Monday, not Saturday.
For international orders and orders to AK, HI, or US Territories please add an extra day or two to your estimated delivery date.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We will occasionally drop ship from the manufacturer at our discretion. When we drop ship, tracking numbers may not be immediately available.
International Customers
All duties, taxes, and international credit card fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. At the current time we do not have any method of estimating these charges, so please be aware that there will most likely be charges levied by your government.
