SALES AND SHIPPING
All prices are FOB Mukilteo, WA. Orders are shipped via FEDEX, UPS, and USPS. If orders exceed parcel shipping limits, please notify us of a preferred carrier. Upon request, we will obtain freight quotes for various service levels from alternate carriers. When orders are packed, all goods are inspected to ensure order accuracy and to verify product condition. If damage occurs in shipping, please contact us. Depending on shipping method, we will let you know if we will file a claim, or if you need to file a claim. Please report any shortages or errors within 7 days of order receipt.
If product is delivered within Washington State, sales tax must be collected and will be charged to your credit card.
All items returned require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to return. Please email us here with your name, phone number, order number and reason for return/exchange to obtain an RMA. Product must be returned in original packaging and in new condition or restocking fees will apply. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice. Product must be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. We can provide a discounted return shipping label at your request, but all return shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund. Shipping charges on returned items will not be refunded. Propeller shafting, special orders and customized product may not be returned. This includes inboard and outboard propellers that have been modified.
Product manufacturers warranty their products to free of defects in material and workmanship. The Prop Shop will facilitate handling the warranty claim with manufacturers. For warranty claims, please contact us for an RMA. Warranties only cover defects in material and workmanship and do not cover any down time, haul outs, prop removal or install, return shipping or other associated costs.
All product is shipped from the United States. Any shipments subject to brokers fees, duties and taxes are the customers responsibilty.
