I have only just received this prop, so this review is really about the service provided by The Prop Shop. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful. That's especially notable since I am located in Canada, so involving a bit more hassle for a US retailer. They were patient and willingly took the time to answer questions from me as a novice power boat owner. The prop was sent out within an hour of my ordering it, and there were none of the paperwork glitsches I have so often seen with items sent from the States. Truly an outstanding company, highly recommended.
